Here's What We Do Better
This is to record my appreciation of and total satisfaction with your Slimming & Firming Programme.
I had joined your above Programme on the 7th. of May, 2009 with a body weight of 96.4 KGs. and a waistline of 42 inches.
Today, that is, on the 28th. of August, 2009, after following your above Programme rigorously & diligently, I am extremely happy to inform you that my body weight has come down to 77.2 KGs. and my waistline has reduced to 35.5 inches.
Without knowing the right form of anything; you just can never achieve your goal. Similarly without knowing the right form of exercise you can never lose your weight.
This was an impossible task that has become reality and a dream that has come true .I has lost 10 kgs in 4 months. So that I would like to thank all the trainers of Stayfit Gym for encouraging and teaching me. And last but not the least I would like to thank Mrs.Bhavna Tripathy and Mr.Satyajit Dash, without which contribution this was simply blindness.
My first day started in the cardio section. My friend introduced me to the trainers. Apart from helping you and guiding you in doing your workouts, they also provide some information about the benefits and effectiveness of these workouts. My exercise began with 10 days of cardio and gradually I was made to do a combination of cardio, strength training, aerobics and yoga and I am still continuing it. This has worked wonders for me. In the first month itself I lost 3.5 kilos that too without any dieting and in a period of 8 months I have lost almost 11 kilos though I have made my diet more balanced.
