Mixed Vegetable Soup

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
4 chopped tomatoes
2 table spoon chopped cabbage
2 table spoon chopped capsicum
2 table spoon onion
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoons refined oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure: 

• Heat the oil and cook the onions for 1 minute.

.• Add tomatoes, capsicum, cabbage, bay leaves and 6 tea cups of water and boil for 5 minutes.

.• Add salt and pepper.

• Serve hot.
